DEVONIX does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information from its users — no names, emails, addresses, or any other identifying data.
Data Stored on Device
The app stores the following data locally on your device only. This data is never sent to any external server:
- Game high scores — stored on your device so you can track your personal stats.
Network Connections
The app uses network connections in two cases:
Tech News
The app fetches news articles from devonix.co.th servers to display the latest tech news. No personal user data is sent with these requests.
WiFi Multiplayer
The app uses your local WiFi network to discover and connect with other players on the same network. Game data is sent directly between devices (Peer-to-Peer) and does not pass through any external server.
Permissions Requested
- Local Network — used to discover and connect with friends to play Devonix Five over Wi-Fi or the same hotspot.
The app does not request access to your camera, location, contacts, photo library, microphone, or health data.
What the App Does NOT Do
Children's Privacy
DEVONIX does not collect personal data from users of any age, including children under 13. Because the app collects no data whatsoever, it complies with COPPA requirements.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If any significant changes are made, we will notify users through an app update.
